The HDPE Rib Reinforced Corrugated type Spiral Pipe production line is a new generation high-performance plastic spiral pipe line for large diameter buried drain pipe that utilizes hollow wall winding pipe production technology with intellectual property. This production line can produce pipes ranging in size from Ø200~Ø4000mm, which have wide application in fields of civil water and wastewater drainage.

Our range of extrusion machines come in six different models, the SMSG-800, SMSG-1200, SMSG-1600, SMSG-2400, SMSG-3000, and SMSG-4000. Each model is equipped with its own extruder and has a unique set of specifications to fit your needs.
Extruder: For the SMSG-800, we use the SJ-65 model extruder. For the SMSG-1200, we use the SJ-55 model. For the SMSG-1600, we use the SJ-90 model. For the SMSG-2400, we use the SJ-65 model. For the SMSG-3000, we use the SJ-100 model. For the SMSG-4000, we use the SJ-65 and SJ-120 models.
Output Capacity: Our machines vary in output capacity depending on the model. The SMSG-800 produces 150 kg/h, the SMSG-1200 produces 60 kg/h, the SMSG-1600 produces 300 kg/h, the SMSG-2400 produces 120 kg/h, the SMSG-3000 produces 400 kg/h, and the SMSG-4000 produces 200 kg/h or 600 kg/h depending on the extruder used.
Pipe Diameter: The pipe diameter range also varies depending on the model. The SMSG-800 can produce pipe with a diameter of 200-800 mm, the SMSG-1200 can produce 400-1200 mm, the SMSG-1600 can produce 800-1600 mm, the SMSG-2400 can produce 1200-2400 mm, the SMSG-3000 can produce 2000-3000 mm, and the SMSG-4000 can produce 2400-4000mm.
Production Speed: Each model also has a specific production speed. The SMSG-800 can produce pipe at a speed of 2-16 m/h, the SMSG-1200 at 2-12 m/h, the SMSG-1600 at 1-6 m/h, the SMSG-2400 at 0.5-5 m/h, the SMSG-3000 at 0.3-3 m/h, and the SMSG-4000 at 0.1-2m/h.
Installed Power: Lastly, the installed power for each machine is also unique. The SMSG-800 requires 180 kw, the SMSG-1200 requires 250 kw, the SMSG-1600 requires 300 kw, the SMSG-2400 requires 400 kw, the SMSG-3000 requires 500 kw, and the SMSG-4000 requires 600kw.
